2002 Honda Accord power window regulator

Quality of this regulator w/motor seems very good. Installing something like this for the 1st time was more difficult than your video would indicate. BUT, now that I've done it once, it would be a piece of cake the next time. Save me a few hundred bucks!

Installation was very easy. The new regulator is much quieter than the old one (no surprise there I suppose given the 250k miles on my car).

The video was very clear, looked at it 4 times, everything snapped and unsnapped as described. the part itself looked and worked like the original. First I called my local import garage and they had to call Honda. The part was over $100 (said it was not an after market part) Labor plus the part was well over $600. I saved a ton of money with your low cost and Free shipping. I got it in 4 days with regular mail.

part worked great, fit perfectly. It was a little painful to get the old part out, due to a tricky clip behind the lock cylinder...interesting that it has to be removed to pull the old part, but it doesnt have to be reinstalled when putting in the new part (its already in the new part). I still dont understand why it doesnt have to go back in the way it came out, but who cares since the thing works. Bottom line, the part is great, but we really NEED one of those awesome 1AAuto installation videos for this one...I found a different video online or I would have been totally lost.

The perfect replacement at a great price

The local auto mechanic suggested it was upwards of $300 (with 1.3 hours labor) to replace my window motor. Somewhere I ran across 1A and figured I could do it myself on my 2001 Accord. The video made all the difference, even though I had downloaded a service manual from somewhere. The order process was straightforward and everything worked well!

Would buy here again

The installation videos are what convinced me to try A1 instead of a slightly cheaper competitor. The part arrived in good time. I had to use two different videos because my old regulator was slightly different and I had to buy two extra bolts but in the end it worked out.

Plastic housing holding the wire broke and I needed to order a second. The previous one lasted quite a while and I believe it was my fault trying one too many times to roll the window down when it was frozen with frost.

Honda Window Regulator

First of all let me say how easy it was to order the correct part and then to be able to install using the videos put on line by 1A Auto. A great experience especially as this was the first time I had ever attempted removing or replacing a window regulator, saved my self over $400 over going to the dealer and having them install it. Will for sure use you again if the need arises

I have to admit I was skeptical about the quality of this product but it looks awesome and very sturdy. It took me about an hour to install and I am a do it yourselfer but not a mechanic by any means. This should last the life of the car but only time will tell.

From order to replacement it was perfect. Short wait for the part. Identical to broken piece and tutorial available on how to fix my vehicle. As to the tool? If you've ever broken the plastic tabs that hold your door panels on you'll know the need. I was happy only took me 30 min from start to finish.

For only working on personal cars, I've changed window regulators so many times it's sick. I've gone OEM and generic, this one seems pretty solid. It's hard to tell how long it will last but it installed easily enough. Wires were a good length (sometimes the generics are so short it's hard to make them reach). Bolts lines up perfectly as expected. I only knock it a star because the price is good, but I think it should be sub $70
