2001 Ford Explorer V8 5.0L Front Driveshaft TRQ DSA89547

This part shipped as promised, arrived on time and was the correct drive line for the job. Went smoothly installed easy and works great.

Even though my box for damaged and some intricate parts were lost, they fixed my problem with one call.

I ordered this driveshaft for my 2000 Ford Explorer 5.0L V8 AWD. The front u joint was an 1/8th inch to big to fit into the front differential yoke. I double and triple checked the needle bearings in the caps to ensure they were seated properly. Nothing I did would get that u joint to fit into the front diff yoke. So I had to buy the proper u joint and install it in the driveshaft which at that point the driveshaft fit perfectly in my 5.0L V8 Explorer. Not a big deal except 1aauto has completely ignored me. I have emailed them multiple times and have only gotten an initial response back for each one. I provided them with my vin number, pictures of the packaging the driveshaft came in, puctures of the defective u joint, pictures of my vehicle. All proof that they sent a driveshaft with the wrong or defective u joint. Its been over 2 weeks and have heard absolutely nothing back. Its a shame they are willing to lose a good customer and risk bad reviews over a $20 defective u joint. 1AAuto

Poor quality - only worked for 2 years and now I have to buy another and spend more time. Lesson to self -- spend more for better quality / Time is money
