I specified a 2008 Audi A4 Avant and they sent me a lid that does not fit. Wrong car.

I had a problem with the size. Apparently so mid year sizes were different so I had to return part. BUT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNBELIEVABLE. GREAT COMPANY. THEY TRIED TO RESOLVE PROBLEM AND WHEN IT APPEARED IT COULDN'T BE DONE, THEY IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED MY FULL PAYMENT.

The software is accurate, the finish is very clean, but the process is rushed in the mouldings dept. Both arms needed to be reheated and straightened back out due to being inadequately cooled prior to being released from it mould causing it to warp. Overall middle of the pack on quality and very affordable
Website wouldn't allow me to order the part for my year car so I ordered it for the year it allowed and it worked.

This part fit perfect. However, my vehicle is a 2008 and I had to order the part for a 2006. The website would say the part wouldn't fit my vehicle, a 2008 but it was the exact part that was broke and I needed replaced. So, I saw the part was available for a 2006 so I told the website my vehicle was a 2006 and it quit arguing with me and allowed me to order the part. It fit, it works, it matches the part that was broke on my vehicle, so I would appreciate it if the website would let me order the part I'd like to order without the trouble. Other than that everything was all good.
