John F June 4, 2016
I dont know. Mine wouldnt work at all. it fixed my issue.
Gary G June 4, 2016
Yes it should as long as you are not having wiring problems. It is a durable replacement part.
Tony L June 4, 2016
If both mirrors will only move in the same, single direction, the switch is probably the answer. Im not an electronics guy, so I was not up to using a tester, etc. I noted that both mirrors seemed to work and both would move to the right, but not the left. The switch solved my problem.
David M June 4, 2016
It fixed mine, they would not move at all
Chris D June 4, 2016
It worked for me. My mirrors would move in two directions each. Real easy change out and they work perfectly now. Mine is 2000 Silverado.

Roger S June 4, 2016

Rollin G June 5, 2016

D K November 11, 2018
Most likely, yes, as the contacts are prone to burning out. Takes more work than its worth to dismantle the part and clean the contacts, and thats not a guaranteed fix. Easy to switch out, took about 10 minutes total.
