Yes the arm with the bushing that snaps onto the wiper motor is there...very easy just make sure to squeeze it with cannel locks so that it snaps firmly onto wiper motor

Yes it is. But take note: the motor and the linkage arm will need to be timed before the wiper blades can be attached.

Yes it is included and already attached to the linkage. As mentioned above, after installing let wiper motor run for a few minutes and repeat again. This will let the motor and linkage adjust and return to the park position, then you casn attach the wiper arms and blades. If you have any doubts , after the first time you shut the motor off and motor is in the parked position, you can verify installation by tapping toothpicks to the nuts in the same position as the wiper blades would be on the windshield and tulrn motor on. You will see the tooth picks mimmick the motion of the wiper blades and return to correct parked position when turned off. Hope tlhis helps with your installation
