These are as good or better than original and a special thanks to Donna and her supervisor since I had an issue when installing one of the lowers and tore the rubber boot which was surely my fault, They sent another out no charge and I got it within 3 days even over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

I'm pretty happy with the experience as far as 1A Auto is concerned but the product they sold me disappointed me in that the upper ball joints do not have grease fittings on them, other wise happy with 1A Auto on there shipping and time line.

The service I received was second to none. I ordered these parts from Canada. With the tax,duty and exchange they were still a quarter of the cost of purchaseing them from a local supplier. Also it took just over a week to arrive. I will surely be ordering from 1A Auto again.

Although the lowers were a tad bit hard, not caused by the product itself. Lol. Awesome quality and made a huge difference in the handling of the truck. Already have 8,000 miles on them and they are still nice and tight with no problems.

It does the job but the rubber boot doesn't allow for added grease and after just a little movement it just pops off, but I believe they'll hold up for a little while.

I bought this ball joint kit for my buddies truck because he could not find the right ball joints I guess... so I went on to your website and ordered this kit for the price auto zone wanted for 1 ball joint... so while waiting for this to come in my buddy swore these were the wrong ones that I ordered. So I kept telling him to relax we will see when they come in well they finally showed up and we decided to put them in... long story short he apologized to me and they went right in place of the factory ones. These are direct replacement parts that work flawlessly at a cheap affordable price!! Thanks 1A auto made me look like a KING!

I didn't pay any attention to the brand. I know is wasn't MOOG. However, they worked fine. I had to rent a ball joint press from Advance Auto, but it is free as long as you return it.

The lower one does and i believe the top one as well. I just helped hand tools for that job. The notch ,on the lower one is for a zerk. The upper one should be on the top center of the unit. Jay

They have a tool that can press him in and out you can buy at Harbor freight. Its a super heavy duty C clamp. or you can rent it at auto parts store Most has tool rental, then go up on Google and Google it. Or YouTube.

02 4wd durango. lower ball joints are pressed in. the flange of the ball joints i recived are covered in rubber. is is safe to place the cup of the press against the flange?
