2012 Avenger throttle body

The throttle body for my 2012 Avenger arrived quickly and in good condition. The installation process was straight forward and I did not have to relearn the throttle body. I shopped around and 1A auto was very competitive with the price. I have purchased items from 1A auto before and was please with the entire process so I elected to buy the throttle body from them to avoid issues with quality of the part and to make sure it was the correct part the first time. The packaging was good and the part did not sustain any damage during shipping.

I put this in my 2013 Jeep Patriot. It was a perfect fit and came exactly as pictured (part plus gasket). I've put about 200 miles on it now and haven't noticed any issues. For $80 here compared to $300 OEM, I would buy up to two more if I had any issues since it's such an easy part to replace (on my vehicle at least).

Exact fit for 2007 Dodge Caliber

The throttle body was an exact fit for the OE part. Same size, same wiring harness connection, same bolt holes. The gasket was very close in size, but just a smidgen different and it did NOT fit, so I just re-used the old one. On the first test drive I still had no acceleration, but after starting the car again it's been driving fine with no problems. I think it just took a bit for the computer to recalibrate with the new part. It's only been about 50 miles, but so far so good! I'm a relative novice when it comes to car work, and this took me about 2 hours to do. I didn't need a jack or ramps, but I had to take the battery out, remove half of the air filter housing, and disconnect a radiator hose in order to get access. I highly recommend a flexible extension bit for your socket, screwdriver, or drill. Clearance for your hands is TIGHT on the calibers.

thought it was an egr valve until learning there isn't one on this vehicle, that led me to the throttle body and for 100.00 figured I would try. I had already cleaned the throttle a week before so I knew I could replace this part. Once replaced and then started the jeep she was idling like normal. It was a perfect fit and have been driving for a couple of weeks without any issues, thanks for a great replacement part and videos of how to replace.

Fit perfectly

Replaced this on a 2010 Chrysler Sebring Touring. Car started up and worked fine. Only complaint is that it is still throwing a code on the OBDII, which probably means I need to take it in to get the car programmed. So not necessarily an issue with this part.
