Referenced the Wrong Plugs

Plugs were ordered based on the information provided. A call was made to verify that the correct plugs were ordered. We were told that youg on-line reference was incorrect and the plugs we ordered were for the 5.0 not the 4.6 V8. Plugs were graciously canceled before they were shipped. We purchased the correct plugs locally.

I ordered a set of spark plugs, and after about a week and a half called 1A auto bout them (the USPO tracking number would not work). Evidently they were lost int the mail and 1A Auto quickly rushed me another set (at no cost) which saved my bacon and got the F-150 running again. Thanks 1A Auto for your great customer support. After another two weeks the original order arrived which is now being returned.

Was the perfect direct fit. Should add i got lucky and didnt break any. I like to put a thin coat of anti seize on threads to help with extraction.

Time to change spark plugs in my 2005 Ford F-150.1A Auto had the motorcraft plugs that my truck uses(per manufacture).Got a really great price on them,would of spent almost $25 more at the auto part store.Thank you a1auto for the savings.Had a bad coil,changed them all out cause again couldnt pass up the savings this company offers.Cahanged all 8 coils and saved over &140 on these parts compared to the auto part store.Truck runs great and again have a smooth ride,give these guys a try.A very satisfied customer,and I highly recommend this company for your automotive parts needs.Thank you for the fast delivery service a1auto.

Ford F150 5.4 Triton 'shudder' bad a 100 rpm approx. 45 mph. Purchased 8 Motorcraft Spark Plugs and 8 TRQ coils and the shudder and skip is completely gone. Truck runs like new. Thank you very much 1A Auto. Your parts are top quality and save me ton of money.

Yes there is an extraction tool. The metal sleeve around the eletctrode is pressed on and it tends to stay in the head when you pull the plug out. This tool will tap threads into the sleeve then you thread another piece in to pull the sleeve out. i have switch to champion 7989 plugs because they are a one piece plug and will not come apart

Hi David, The Sp515 spark plugs and is a great upgrade to previous spark plugs out there. The key thing with the 5.4 is to change out the plugs the engine needs to be cold because I of the aluminum heads. Put ati-seaze on the plugs and you will have no issues. My customers have have better gas mileage using this spug. Hope this answers your question.

I used these in mine a few years back. When I was replacing, 4 out of the original 5 I replaced broke off. Fast forward to last year when I replaced this set, none broke.

The spark plugs that came from factory on these 5.4L engines are notorious for breaking. These plugs are an upgrade and should not break when removing in the future.
