Installed on 07 mercury mountaineer, fit was perfect had no problems with that. Been on the car 2 weeks now and all is good. Wife says brakes are 10 times better. Will update on longevity at a later date. Shipping was as stated in the transaction. Will do business with A1 again.

There are a lot of mixed reviews about 1A auto so I wanted to add my experience. Parts delivered on advertised day. packing was adequate. Initial quality was fine. Fitment of parts was spot on. A few hours after I completed install the rear brakes started to squeal horribly while driving (constant while driving). I have never experienced this before with a ceramic brake pad. rotors where cleaned prior to install, everything was greased, and I did an initial bedding (soft and hard stops) after install was complete. I contacted A1 auto and my customer service experience was good, they did not fight me at all like I had read on many reviews. I wanted to give the pads a little longer to try and bed before I returned. Within 48 hours (and some really extreme hard brakes), all squealing stopped. I have had for 2 weeks now, and they are quite and stop as they should. I imagine there was a coating on the rear pads that just needed to wear off. but I had never experienced that after a brake job

Perfect Replacements

Replaced the rotors & pads on my wife's 2006 Ford Exporer. The ordering process through 1aauto was very fast & easy. This was my first time changing brakes myself. It's been about 3 weeks and the brakes are perfect! Rotors and pads appeared to be good quality and fit but the LH front brake rotor turned out to be out of round causing extreme heat. Had to replace caliper as piston boots were damaged.

Brakes work better than ever

I bought a full set of brakes and rotors for my 09 explorer and they are awesome quality. This is the best my brakes have worked since I bought the vehicle 5 years ago! I will add that the clips that the brakes came with didnt fit properly so I had to use my old brake clips which is no big deal.

I have been using A1 for about 5 yrs now, after rock auto sent me the wrong starter and would not make it right. You will always get what you need using A1 auto everything is guaranteed to fit or they will make it right but I have never had that problem with them. A1 auto's quality has also been A+.
