The door handles I ordered for my Ford Explorer Sport Trac were delivered within 2 days. I previously purchased 3 sets of handles from other online companies and received poor quality plastic handes that broke within a few weeks. The handles I received from 1A Auto are of ecellent quality and worth every penny!!! Thank you

After helping a friend install two of the cheap plastic handles, and then having him come back after about a month with both broken, I ordered these, and have had no problems since. They do cost over twice as much, but unless you just love replacing, and replacing, and replacing door handles, YOU SHOULD BUY THESE.

The handles work great and look awesome. They were easy to install. Im glad I went with the metal ones...should last so much longer than the plastic ones. Will probably buy some more once the back seat handles break...lol!

Wow finally a metal replacement for a weak designed plastic part. This product installed just like the original but is so much sturdier! Highly recommend this to be the standard to replace on your Explorer or Mercury!!!
A great upgrade to cheap plastic door handles

I installed these external metal door handles on my 2002 Ford SportTrac. Any of you that own this type of truck probably want to punch the guy who decided to use cheap plastic door handles in the face. The standard Ford platic handles break easily and frequently and are a serious pain to remove and reinstall. Using these metal door handles will last a lot longer and save you from the inconvenience and hassle of having to replace those cheap Ford handles ever, or at least less often.
Great product but misrepresented hardware on the installation video.

I think the handles are really good quality products. My only issue was the lack of disclosure on the website not saying that additional hardware was needed to complete installation. The product does not come with nuts and bolts but should as anyone who removes handles from their vehicle to buy new one has to remove them by drilling out the rivet. The product video shows hardware on the handle that has to be removed to be installed but it is not accurate. I simply asked that this be noted in the product description for buyers to know. I appreciate 1A for crediting me the part even though that's not what I was looking for. It is much appreciated and a sign of a good company. I would certainly buy from them in the future but will carefully research the part and what's included.
