I foolishly assumed the handle came with fasteners. The original handle is riveted on, so the old fasteners cannot be re-used. The helpful how-to video shows fasteners included with the handle, Didn't notice or bother to check until I took the door apart. Not a happy camper.

I have had no problem with this company. The product that I am reviewing is good, I've purchased both the plastic and the metal version of this lever. Don't waste your money on the plastic one. Get the metal one!!!

what size bolts do you use to replace the rivets? since it doesn't come with them... pregaming right now but need answer asap, have a time issue

I think I used 5/16in bolts with 1/2in heads from home depot. Pretty sure I had to drill the holes in the door to be a little bigger to fit the bolt though, so you might want to go smaller.
