no they are not. and when I tried the freeze one and heat one method, I screwed up the bearing...let professionals do it

No, you need to take them to a shop and have them pressed on. I used a Naval Base Auto Hobby Shop and pressed them in myself. If you have to pay someone it should only be a couple dollars, doesnt take long at all provided you have the press with the right adapters.

Nuts are shown in the photo, but description doesn't mention them. The description also says 4 piece kit, when the nuts would make it a 6 piece kit. Are nuts included or not???
