This is my first review of 1A Auto and I have to say their customer service is impeccable. After I called and spoke with one of their customer support specialist he explained their turn around times for delivery and made sure that I was making the correct purchase for the correct vehicle make and model. Unfortunately due to time constraints I advised I wouldn't be able to complete the purchase while on the phone. He completely understood and asked if I had any further questions before completing my call. Later that day I went online with the information given and placed my order.
