Hello, Sorry but this cannot ship to the state of California. California catalytic converters for CA need to have a CARB certification stamp on them. Ours do not.

Is this item California emissions compliant, or not? The description reads, "correct for models with California emissions," but goes on to also say, "due to New York state emissions regulations, this item cannot be installed on a California emissions

This will not have the C.A.R.B stamp, but is correct for other vehicles outside of California or New York which are set up for California Emissions as these will use separate parts compared to Federal Emissions set up vehicles.

I have a 2000 Civic LX certified LEV and CARB but registered in AZ. Is this the correct catalytic converter (Part #: 1AEEM00796) for my car? Will the other Civic Cat Part #: 1AEMK00182 work as well but with higher emissions, or would there be other p

I went through this issue. You must use the carb emissions cat. The two are shaped differently, it won't fit right.

Our part number 1AEMK00182 is meant for Federal Emissions models and will not work for California Emissions vehicles. Our part number 1AEEM00796 is meant for models with California Emissions, but does not have the C.A.R.B stamp and will not pass inspection if your vehicle is to be registered in California or New York.
