How to repair, install, fix, change or replace a damaged, worn out, faulty or shorted rear power window switch on 07 Honda Pilot.

step 1 :Removing the Rear Window Switch
- Pry the window switch panel out of the armrest with a trim tool
- Disconnect the window switch electrical connector
- Remove the three Phillips screws that hold the switch to the panel
- Pull the switch off the back of the panel

step 2 :Installing the Window Switch
- Place the switch onto the panel
- Insert the three Phillips screws that hold the switch to the panel
- Connect the window switch electrical connector
- Clip the window switch panel into the armrest

Trim Tool Set
We're going to remove the rear door window switch and trim, using a plastic prying tool. You can buy these from 1Aauto.com, if you don't have them. Work it under the trim. Pull up and slide it out.
Unplug the door window switch, pushing in the lock and the connector, pulling it from the switch. To remove the window switch from this trim panel, there's three Philips head screws. Switch will come out of the panel.
Reinstall the switch at this end of the trim panel. Reinstall your Philips head screws. Install last Philips head screw. As far as tightening these goes, they're just going in to plastic. As soon as I feel it start to get tight, that's when I stop.
