Really Bad Vibration

Customer service its grate they even send me a new passenger side mount to see if that fix the problem but my car still vibrates really bad. Once i installed the mounts i got a bad vibration to the point that the whole car vibrates. When i put the car on drive or reverse the whole engine moves and vibrates like crazy.

Yes, If the Motor mounts are broken due to bushing failure, that vibration transfers inside, In addition to the shake felt in the steering column.

I'm reading a LOT of reviews of these parts causing people's engines to shake, not just here but on other sites. Maybe they need to be pulled from the market and redesigned? Or are people maybe just not installing them correctly?

Most people install them because they are already experiencing engine vibration, so if they are still experiencing vibration issues, it probably wasn't caused by the mounts in the first place.
