I gave the VIN for my new truck when I ordered the mirrors. They sold me the wrong mirrors, which I discovered after paying over $60 to have them installed. The puddle lights and turn signals don't work (because my truck is not wired for them) and the directional adjustments don't coincide with the arrow buttons on the truck. Their resolution - sell me the right mirrors for $200 more, and pay another $60 plus to have the old ones removed and the new ones installed. There's no way I can pay the additional costs and it's dangerous driving a vehicle without the ability to adjust the mirrors. I am a repeat customer but I won't purchase from them again.

Great price, quick shipping, excellent product. Absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS, but a quick YouTube video took care of that. Install was easy. Plugged right into my truck and controls worked flawlessly. BUT - the passenger side mirror is flat glass on the big part, with convex glass on the small part. It is just different, and seems like the big glass should be slightly convex as well on that side, to give a larger view in the passenger side mirror. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the entire deal.

Let me start off by saying, I have a 2016 Ram 2500 SRT with the standard mirrors, no turn signal or puddle lights or power fold option. I called A1 Auto with this info and was told that they didn't have a set of tow mirrors to fit my truck with the options I have. I took a leap of faith and ordered the Trail Ridge TR00041 mirrors anyway. My stock mirrors only had the black plug in the wiring so when I changed the mirrors out I only plugged in the black plugs on the Trail Ridge mirrors. I was told I might have to change some of the pins around in the plug to get them to work properly but that wasn't the case. I just plugged them in and checked for operation and everything worked properly! I didn't plug the white plug in on each mirror because there is about 4 different slots that plug will fit in and I wasn't sure which one it was supposed to go in. I have been told that the turn signal lights and puddle lights on the Trail Ridge mirrors can be made functional with the white plug in pla

I purchased a pair of towing mirrors from ebay for my 2014 ram 1500. After I installed them my check engine turned on because the mirrors didn’t have the ambient sensor located under the driver side mirror. Problem couldn’t be fixed until I found 1aauto.com on YouTube. I purchased a pair for a good price, excellent item description , fitment guide, ships quick and I have already installed them. I've been looking for towing mirrors for my 2014 ram 2500 since i got it. Tow mirrors where not an options for my year and model. After years of looking I finally found them here! They fit perfect, took about 45 minutes to install. AND the defrost and power option also worked! Could not be happier with everything! There is a possibility that the other option could work, BUT I will have to take it into service and have it paired up to the computer system on the vehicle. (My terminology here is off, but you get what I mean) Had a slight difficulty while ordering, but was taken care of by a friendly person on the phone. Will be ordering from again! Thank you!

Great mirrors. I've had them on the truck for about about a month and a half. Installation is simple took me maybe 30 minutes (but I am an auto tech). The mirrors work great and look great. They do not shake going down the highway. And Hold adjustment going over bumps. Those were all things i was worried about, not buying oem. Personally I like the reflection they give better than oe mirrors. My only reason for a 4 star rating is the ambient air temp sensor went bad last week and reads about 50 degrees high. If it wasn't for that. These would get a 5 star rating all day long.

Perfect match on my 2014 1500. Fit perfectly and only took me about 45 minutes to install. Look just like factory at half the cost. Did not come with an extra bracket, but are very sturdy. No shake at all on the mirrors. My truck originally didn't have tow mirrors, so I had to add the codes to get the puddle lights and turn signal to work. You can have the dealer do it or do it yourself. A google search will give you the details on how.

After reading lots of reviews on forums I decided to purchase the 1a auto tow mirrors for my 2018 ram 2500. I knew all about having to get truck programmed to actually make blinkers work since the truck didn't come with factory blinkers on mirror. I also knew that when mirrors are in flip up position that left and right adjustments turned to up and down n vise versa. They seem to be great quality and easy install. Customer service is the best at 1a auto and I would not think twice to order from them again or refer someone to them.

Excellent mirrors. Install was pretty easy, especially with the video review from 1A auto on YouTube. I have never had the OE tow mirrors to compare to these but I cant imagine they are any better than these. Needed some tow mirrors for awhile with hauling my boat but have been putting them off and since my wife got us a 27' travel Trailer i thought they would come in handy.....watched a video of installing them and they were super easy....now i'm just wondering if i should of got the power-folding ones lol...oh well....still nice and i already know that i'm going to have to get them reprogrammed for the turn signals...a friends helping me on that one...i did get the support brackets just for a piece of mine since I just had stock mirrors to begin with.....so just go for it but first find out all the info u need to....CHEERS!

I did not have tow mirrors and the dealer wanted 500 and another 95 to add the sales codes for the tow mirrors, turn signals, and puddle lights. I bought these mirrors instead and installed in 30 minutes. Great solid mirrors and absolutely no vibration going down the road. With the help of an app I added the sales codes myself and everything works perfectly. Can't go wrong with these mirrors.

The mirrors arrived on time and I had them on my truck with little to no effort. All connections went as advertised. Then I went to turn the turn signal on, and the puddle light. Neither lit up. Purchase was easy and delivery was much faster then I expected. Installation was relatively easy with no issues or hidden surprises. Ambient temperature sensor is accurate, both mirrors operate correctly. Field of view with these mirrors is good, mirror glass on driver and passenger sides do not vibrate at all when traveling. Mirror heat worked good during the freezing rain I experienced last week. Great product.

These mirrors are a perfect for any RAM that pulls a trailer. The flip up option allows you to see not just along the side of your trailer but behind as well. Although I lost the power fold and tint option, I am happy with the functionality of these mirrors. They come with heated and power option on the mirror, blinker and puddle lights to include the flip up option. These should all come on the RAMs but glad 1AAuto had them and at a good price as well as fast shipping. Awesome Father's Day gift for me.

Purchased for 2018 ram 2500 crew cab Short Bed. Needed Tow mirrors and didn’t want to Pay OEM Price. Received and inspected mirrors they appear to be good quality. installation was breeze right, plugs hooked right in. But as far as the additional features puddle, signal and marker light down work. Pretty nice mirrors for the price at a fraction of oem. Many reviews stated that not all features work. Such as defrost, fold in, blinkers ,puddle lights ... most of the features worked right away at first power mirror didn’t work but eventually they did on their own. Many customers stated that you have to have vehicle flashed for all features to work I got quotes for it but it was a little pricey so decided not to do it 180-200$ almost the price of the mirrors .

Because I didn't have pre-wiring for lights on mirrors, the lights on my mirrors don't work and the adjustment is difficult when they're extended. The arrows in the truck don't correspond to the direction the mirrors go, which make it very difficult to re-adjust while driving. They're a lot cheaper than the factory mirrors - so I'm sticking with mine. Would have been nice to know they weren't really the right fit for my truck - I asked.

If your mirrors do not have the same options that are listed in our listing, there is a possibility that this mirror may not function properly.
