I literally went to Home Depot and bought machined screws. Made pilot holes and then put the new ones in. Cheapest way in my opinion.

Doorman #3 m4.2 trim screw assortment - black. 961-2200 . Those are the screws I used for replacement and they were 99.9 percent the same. I believe e the down side was I had to buy two or three packs to get them all matching lengths

New hardware is not included with this item. You may be able to reuse your original hardware if it is in good condition.

You can try to match the screws at your auto parts store or hardware store. The original screws I had still worked. I just cleaned them up and reused.
