Open your door and locate the upper rubber weatherstrip door seal. Simply pull it off of the lip. The rubber weatherstrip door seal prevents air and wind, as well as water and snow, other things from getting in past the top of the door and pooling in this area, and makes it run down the front of the truck and down the door, so you don't get a build up here. When you open the door, have water, debris, fall on you.
Line up the edge of the upper rubber weather strip door seal to the lip and simply press it into place. Close your door and check for good contact all the way along.
Thanks for watching. Visit us at 1AAuto.com for quality auto parts, fast and free shipping, and the best customer service in the industry.

Great product but in the description show that fix my Silverado extended cab water strip but for some reason the water keep getting in because you have to open small hole for the door lock, so this is better for around the dood including the floor but not the one outside between door and the cab...
