I received it quick, (two days) and the quality looked better than the original. To replace the rivets needed to be drilled out but no nut and bolt hardware was provided. Hence 4 stars not 5.

it is a well-built door handle that fit perfectly. I put a cheaper lighter version on it before, and it didn't last very long. I'll buy all my car products through this company in the future.

After reading reviews of the other brands I decided to go with this one witch turned out to be a very good move. It`s all metal design ensures it will out last any other on the market and best of all it looks like an OEM replacement and the price was very competitive with any other brand. After watching an install video it took me about 15 minutes to install [ I had electric windows on mine ]. Definitely will by again if the other side breaks.

Handle arms were closer together than factory ones so I had to make holes in door bigger after this was done and install complete handle works great I would buy this product again. Ray

Firstly the door handle shipped out and was delivered very quickly, as I've grown to expect from 1A Auto. The handle itself arrived and was just as described in the item description. It was an exact fit replacement for the oem part. The only difference was the new part is much better quality than the oem handle that was replaced. Install was a breeze and the price was very reasonable. As always with 1A Auto I'm left extremely happy.

No mounting hardware would be included, but you may re use the original or purchase new hardware locally.

"you may re use the original" -- you've got to be joking, re-use a rivet? Go to local hardware store for two 1/4 inch carriage bolts x 3/4 inch long, washers and Nylok nuts. If desired grind off part of the bolt head and paint black.

For the Ford Ranger I used 2- 1/4x 20x 3/4" stainless Phillips head machine screws and stainless nuts with the built in star lock washers. Very easy install.

How much does this weigh? (Metal hand grip and arm should solve the problem where the OE plastic part breaks, but If this metal one weighs over half a pound it might not be worth the fix.)

I bought one from another vendor, the handle grip is excessively thick metal, thicker than the plastic OE handle grip, and weights 3/4 pound. If you can weigh one in your warehouse and it's less, I will buy the next replacement from 1A. Thanks.
