In this video, we're going to show you how to replace an inside door handle on this '94 Corolla, same as any '94-'97. The only tool you'll need is a Phillips screwdriver. To replace the inside door handle, this nice white door handle makes it really easy to see the Phillips screw right here in the middle. Remove that screw and your door handle should slide forward and then pull out. Right in behind, you'll see a clip. Just use your finger and flip that clip off the rod. Pull that right out, take your door handle off.
Here's the new handle from 1A Auto. It's in the matching brown, and it has the clip and everything. I'm just going to grab hold of the rod here. Put your handle in. Put it down onto the rod. What you do is just kind of pull your handle and lock that clip on. Push the handle in. Generally it'll fit a little tighter than your original. Screw that back in.
