Perfect fit for a 2002 S10. To be clear this is for each side of the truck, the hitch itself needs different parts if both sides are rusted out on you.

I would recommend this product. The hinges are solid and are good replacement parts. I would have also liked to have bought the replacement parts for the matching parts that are set in the tailgate itself. But they were not listed and actually seem to be a hard item to find anywhere.

This will only fix on hinge, you will need two of these to fix both sides.

This will do both sides of the truck. If you look at the truck each one has a different shape, one round and one ovalish. It comes with both of them. This does not replace anything on the tailgate itself.

Yes it does. You might have to heat up the bolts to get them off to replace the old ones. We took a small torch and heated up the bolts and then used a pair of vicegrips to take off the old bolts. When we replaced the tailgate hinge, we used new bolts. Good luck with replacing it!!!!
