I installed this rack and pinion a week ago, it is working beautiful , I highly recommend this product!! :-)

My part was delevered on time and in good shape and fit perfectly but the extra prices and taxes were hard to accept and the tracker code did not show and the box was badly damaged but other than that the service and product was good

the parts I ordered, we a perfect fit. Very good price, I also received them very fast (3 days). And the how to video was very clear and easy to understand. I would recommend 1aauto to anyone, who needs parts.

This item was a like for like bolt in replacement. I only wish they would indicate whether it was shipped with steering centered. I had to verify before installing. It was. But still lost some time wondering. Other than that. All good

First part arrived shipping carton completely destroyed part damaged. Second part arrived carton partially damaged but salvageable. Shipping from this company is ridiculously slow. Dont use them if you need parts right away.

I will never be purchasing from A1 automotive again I spent $350 on a rack and pinion just for me having to go out and buy a brand new from a regular store what was the point of me even shopping through you guys if you guys werent gonna accommodate my needs thank you and have a wonderful rest of your day!!!

Just put it in today. Rack was loosely packed in box, needs better packing. Seemed to be exactly like original except no provision for ground strap. Installed TRQ outer tie rods with rack and all went together nicely. Flushed system and installed with Prestons all models power steering fluid and filter on return line. Only drove short distance, had Geary feel. Dont know if there is a break in period? Would love to know if others felt this too. As of now I would recommend this new rack.

Have had installed for about a year ... totally satisfied. Nice and tight, fully centered as shipped (checked anyway, but it was) and seems to be of good quality. Had it installed by someone I trust (transmission shop that does almost everything on cars) and they thought it was a good part too. Great price, especially for brand new.

This is a nice-looking rack & seems to be a quality part! Ordered on 7-9-2022, delivered on 7-14-2022, installed the following weekend, then got a wheel alignment this week. The unit does not come pre-centered (the service rep. confirmed this) so I had to center it, no big deal. PreInstallation: Centered the rack, replaced the high-pressure hoses, flushed return lines & cooler unit until fluid ran clean, then blew it out with compressed air. After installation: Bled the system (lock-to-lock) with the engine off until no more bubbles were visible in the reservoir. Topped off the fluid to the full cold mark, then took it for a drive. The system runs smoothly & quietly. I'm assuming there is a break-in period, so I'm being gentle. Hopefully, this unit will last for the life of the vehicle. I've done business with 1A Auto in the past and they stand behind their parts & will replace them free of charge if you have any issues. Great customer service & quick response times. I also foll

This GMC rack & pinion was a perfect fit. Much easier project than I anticipated. Replaced due to leaking seals, but the truck really drives like new now!
