Hi. I'm Mike from 1AAuto. We've been selling auto parts for over 30 years!
To get to the cabin air filter, we'll lower the glove box. You’ll probably want to empty it. You push the two sides together, and we're going to pull off of the stops. There's two plastic stops on either side have little rubber dampers. That's as far down as it will go.
So, there's a cover back here. I'm just going to pop it off. It's got four tabs that are holding it in, and an arrow marking which way goes up. Put that aside for now.
There's a tray in here. Pull the tray out that has the cabin filter in it. Slide it right out. It's got a bunch of stuff in it. This one is real dirty. Try not to dump it out in the car. And, yep, that's a gross one. Going to try to grab this stuff, keep it from getting into the blower motor. If you had a bunch of stuff fall in there you can take the blower motor out of the bottom and clean it out.
I'll just pop this out of the tray. Throw that away.
This is a new one. Direction of air flow should be pointing down. Get rid of some of this stuff out of here. We'll just slide it in place.
Push the tray back in the air box. Put the cover back on. It's got an arrow pointing up. So, I'm actually going to catch the top ones first. Then, push it down in. Then, we'll put the glove box back up on the stops.

I could not longer see the point of buying Toyota OEM parts - especially since they cost more and this is just a silly cabin air filter.
Fit perfectly - that is really the most important thing.
Clean and Easy!
