Install Tip: Fold and unfold the mirror head electronically for a minimum of 3 cycles on first use. Folding the mirror manually can damage the folding module.

Very happy with purchase. Fit and finish was very nice. If you are installing tow mirrors in place of non towing mirrors, invest in the inner support brackets. This will keep them rock solid even on the worst roads. They even work with the position memory recall.

Purchased these power folding mirrors upgrade for my 2013 Ram Laramie Longhorn. The Laramie Longhorn has a very sophisticated system controlling transmission shifting to heating operation by the outside temperature sensor.The product was great in every way except the temperature sensor was not compatible for the Longhorn, which created all kinds of problems. Buyer beware may not be compatible. 1-A auto did stand behind the product and sent one replacement set which did not solve the problem eventually refunding the original purchase.
Will not work for a truck that already has power fold, memory, turn signal, heat and temperature sensing. Please know this is to UPGRADE to these features, not to replace mirrors with these features.
Build quality, fit and finish wise these mirrors are 5 stars, no complains there. I'm deducting the one star for wiring and instructions. The instructions refer you to YouTube and other online sources and while there are plenty of videos available, they might not apply to your vehicle and mirrors. The mirrors came with the incorrect size fuse tap for my 2016 RAM 2500, which was remedied by a trip to the local auto parts store. I do not recommend tapping into a wire under the dash unless you know what you are doing. The turn signal and puddle light function on the mirrors I purchased will only work if your truck was equipped with those features from the factory, unless you have the dealer flash the ECM for the correct codes. I found this out only after purchasing. Other than those issues these mirrors are a quality product.

These mirrors are not compatible on models that are factory equipped with power-folding.
Nope, the provided button will not fit in the OEM master control spot. I installed the switch in the little triangle plastic piece that covers the mirror mounting nuts. It fits well, is convenient to press, and if for some reason I need to uninstall the mirrors I can replace an inexpensive piece of plastic to make it look original again.
I have not but believe it's possible just need to meter out the pins on switch there are two master control switches available one uses one plug and the other two What I did was mount the switch that came with the mirrors just above my master control switches there is jus enough room to mount switch
All we offer is the mirrors with a switch, but we do not offer the re-programmer. You may view a online forum to indicate the other requirements for this upgrade.
This set is meant for models that were not equipped with Power Folding from the factory.
