Do the ball joints for 2000-2001 have grease fittings ?

Hello, These do not have grease fittings. They are pre greased from the factory and maintenance free items.

why do they have the plates with holes Coming OFF the sides my track don't have those Plates ?

These ball joints are specifically listed for 2WD / RWD applications and bolt on like the original factory units. If yours do not have these provisions, you either have 4WD or control arms that are not the specifications as OE.
