Great Headlight switch, just like GM.
This headlight switch for our 2001 Buick LeSabre looks and functions just like the OE parts. Quality of manufacture, materials used, aesthetics, button and slider functions are all on par with an original GM switch assembly. The slide buttons on GM switches for Twilight and Interior light functions are inherently fragile and tend to break. The same goes for the aftermarket parts so dont be too rough on the sliders when moving them up and down.

After installing new hL switch, if working properly,I would be concerned about the condition of the battery. How old is the battery? Fully charged battery then load test for results. Make sure alternator is charging. Sounds like weak battery is the culprit. Good luck!
