Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and the next time you need a part for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we show you how to replace the parking lights on this 2006 Jeep Liberty. It's the same process on these Liberties from 2005 to 2007. You'll need new parking lights from 1AAuto.com, a T15 Torx bit and ratchet, and a flat blade screwdriver.
Right here, there is one T15 bulb. Just go ahead and remove that. I'll fast-forward as Don does this. Once it's removed, pull it out and pull the tab out of the slot on the side. To disconnect it, pry up the red clip. Push on the tab on the other side and pull the harness free.
On the right is the old parking light; on the left is the new one from 1A Auto. You can see they're identical, and will mount exactly the same. The new one obviously looks a lot better. Connect your harness to your new parking light and push that red tab in. Then, align the tab on the side into that slot. Push your parking light into place and replace that T15 bolt. I'll fast-forward as Don does this. Once that's tightened up, you're all set.
