These sway bar links for 2005 Subaru outback have a design flaw. The preformed nut on the head side is not wide enough to fit a normal wrench. If I had ground a 15mm wrench to 1/8 thick, I would have had no problem. What happened is as I tightened, the rubber (which is held in place by a split keychain ring) was forced out of position, and was difficult to get back in position. I ended up using a zip tie to secure the rubber boot instead
Otherwise, am happy with fit, quality, and price.
Removing the OEM Links requires an allen (approx 3/16) inside the end of stud, while turning the nut off the stud with a 14mm wrench. As studs were crusty, I backed them off an 1/8 th and sawzalled it off. The rear came off very easily compared to the front.

Of course, the proof will be in the durability, but as far as initial fit and feel, they are a perfect match.

Good price ! They fell great when driving. The video was mostly good, but had a key difference for my 05 outback that was different from the video and was confusing
