Will I need to have an alignment done after installing these?

No. The hub assembly is a fixed part located in the spindle. You will not need an alignment. Make sure to use anti seize around the race of the hub assembly so future replacement will be easy.

Two part question does this include a bee hub nut, and what ft/lbs should that nut be tightened to?

This particular Sku is for 2 Wheel Drive applications only (rear wheel Drive), so no hub nut is used.

Do these hubs have grease zerks?

These do not. They come pregreased and sealed.

Do these fit 2007 ram 3500 dually truck ?

They fit my 2006 dually 2 wheel drive.

I have a 2007 1500 Ram thats 4x4 and 5 lug. Do this fit 4x4?

Fit perfectly. I only installed one so far because only one had gone bad. I used the old speed sensor because it was easier to put it in the new hub than to get to the other end of the lead. My vehicle is a two wheel drive, single wheel 3500 diesel 2007.
