1. Determining Your Emissions Specification
Open your hood
Locate your catalyst sticker
If the sticker says "This vehicle conforms to California regulations," you have a California emissions vehicle
If the sticker says "This vehicle conforms to US EPA regulations," you have a federal emissions vehicle
If the sticker lists both EPA and California regulations, you have a California emissions vehicle

Determining whether or not your vehicle is a California emissions or a federal emissions vehicle is pretty straightforward. To do this, you'll want to locate your catalyst sticker under the hood of your vehicle. It'll either be actually on the bottom side of the hood, most GM vehicles have it on the air box, and other vehicles may have it along your radiator support at the front of the engine bay.
All you need to do is see, "This vehicle conforms to California regulations." That means that this vehicle is a California emissions car. Just because you're not in California or are in California doesn't necessarily mean your vehicle will be one way or the other.
Now, our F150 has it down here on the radiator's support, right at the front of the engine bay and you can see here, "This vehicle conforms to US EPA regulations." This means that this vehicle is a federal emissions.
Now, here we have two things that are a little different. Our catalyst is located on the vehicle's air box and this vehicle conforms to US EPA regulations and California regulations. If it conforms to both federal and California emissions, it's considered a California emissions vehicle.
Thanks for watching. Visit us at 1AAuto.com for quality auto parts, fast and free shipping, and the best customer service in the industry.

In this video, we're going to show you how to replace an ignition coil on this 2003 Buick LeSabre. These coils are the same for many different GM vehicles, so this will cross over to different cars, although some vehicles locate the coils in different places. The only tool you'll need is a 7/32 inch socket with a ratchet and extension.
The ignition coils for this vehicle are nicely located right here on the front the engine. There's actually nothing wrong with them. I'm just going to show you how to take them in and out. Each coil does 2 cylinders. Just give the wires a twist. I'll put that one right up there; this one down here so I know which one goes where. Do these one at a time. These bolts are 7/32 inch and you just remove 2 bolts. The coil lifts right up and off. There are two contacts right here that go into the coil and then put your new one on. Carefully place it on those contacts. Make sure you don't bend them. Put your 7/32 inch bolts back in. Then plug back in your wires. The wires have to go back on the same ones, so it's important you do them one at a time and unplug the wires two at a time.
We hope this helps you out. Brought to you by www.1AAuto.com, your source for quality replacement parts and the best service on the Internet. Please feel free to call us toll-free, 888-844-3393. We're the company that's here for you on the Internet and in person.

One star only because this system will not let me give a ZERO star rating.
Purchased this set and had it installed by an ASE certified mechanic. The coils are working ok but the ignition module is defective. Had to buy another module from a local source, pay additional labor to have it installed and now the car is running as it is supposed to. --- DO NOT BUY this set with this ignition module. The module is a piece of junk!

I originally bought a Dorman EGR valve which only lasted 6 months and I started to throw codes , the dreaded random misfire and one for a short circuit of the Dorman EGR . The EGR sucks to install because of the wiring harness and throttle is in the way but if you have small hands like me its better. The fitment was 100% OEM and had no issues . And doing the coil packs with the system board that was included was easy . I used my own cheap labels to go from 1 to 6 cylinders left to right without trying to figure which wire goes to which spot. After I ran it it still had the same codes but eventually cycled off and resettled the flashing check engine light. Now its been a month and no issues ! Thanks 1AAuto !

Just make sure you enter your vehicle info to get the correct part. But don't worry they have a garunttee their parts they recommend will match up. If they don't, send it back and postage is paid for. I've never once had that issue though so your in good hands

As long as you have the correct year. Make, model, trim model, engine size, and any other questions answered (i.e. coupe, sedan, convertible) , your coil packs shouldmatch.
It isvery important! That if your coil pahave a metal shield on them, be sure to purchase the same kind of coil packs. Ive bought coil packs from other providers, and if you buy only rubber ignition coil packs, that actually recommend the type with the metal shield, you will get insufficient spark, and will lose power, and result in sluggish running.
Be sure to take this note seriously!
