It was a perfect fit to oem
The BMW aluminum valve cover kit exceeded my expectations, including all gaskets, grommets, mounting hardware, and the oil cap. Part of the specifications led me to believe I would not get everything so I ordered the oil cap from BMW since mine was leaking but was able to return it for a $5 restocking fee. My original plastic cover was cracked but I do not expect to see this happen with the new one. I did have to sand down a rough edge of the new cover before mounting to ensure a tight seal.
