This was a perfect replacement for my Escalade. Fit and looks just like the old one. I gave four stars because something seemed wrong with the headlight height adjuster. It was loose and flopping around and this was causing the light to shine very high. It took a fair amount of finagling, but now it's seems to be holding. If the problem stays gone I will update to 5 stars.

I had something similar. HID lamp would work intermittently. If memory serves the high beam worked. I decided to change the ballast for driving lamp (HID). To remove the headlight is a BEAR. It involves taking off a lot of fasteners on the bumper to pull it down and out enough to remove the headlamp assembly. With it out you can then see the type of ballast used. There are a few different ones so you will need to try and match what you have. I hope this helps. Steve
