First off, kudos to 1AAuto. I have yet to find a part from them that doesn't fit. I can not find anyone to beat their prices and who doesn't love free shipping? Anywho, the parts came in within a few days as expected. They were professionally packaged and it appeared the shipper took care as to not damage it. Inside the box consisted of my correct part and a shipping receipt detailing my order. The big deal? The part from 1AAuto was the exact same part that I could get from O'Reilly's or Autozone, the difference, was the price. 1AAuto consistently has lower prices than any autoparts store I have access to. Not to be cliche, but this place actually saves you time and money. Who doesn't need more of that? I digress. The install of the new part couldn't go any smoother. All those silly clips you were worried about breaking on the removal of the old bearing? Break em' , the new bearing comes with all necessary hardware to complete the installation. Don't forget to check for their video

Expected part at the best price

The price of two hubs at 1A Auto is what you will pay for one hub at your parts store. Comparatively, it will cost you three times the price of parts on two hubs to have a shop do it. I was out of town when my driver side hub on a 2007 Silverado Classic started going bad. Rather than pay the 400 dollars a local shop quoted me, I ordered the hubs here and had them delivered to the hotel. Another 40 bucks in hand tools from the local store and a couple hours on my day off saves me hundreds. I can't rate the part 5 stars simply because I do not know its durability yet. The service and accuracy from 1A Auto however was five star. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I have bought wheel hub sets from 1A Auto for 3 different cars now (along with many other parts). On all 3 occasions the parts came fast and installed easy. These are comparable (if not exactly the same) as the hub assemblies you will get from your local auto parts store, but literally half the cost. It is IMPERATIVE that you torque the spindle nut to spec on each wheel hub assembly. If you do not, the wheel hub will fail prematurely. Mine failed within a year because I actually broke my torque wrench when trying to torque to the 173 ft pounds required, and then "guessed" the torque. If you do not have a proper torque wrench to get the spindle nut torqued to spec, get one, borrow one, rent one, etc... otherwise you will be buying new wheel hubs very soon. Great parts, I always shop here first.

These bearing hubs were beautifully machined and matched up perfectly on my 2002 Surburban 4wd. Fixed the droning/grinding noise of the old bearings. The tough part was breaking the old hubs off the knuckle due to the rust. Watched several YouTube videos on how to solve that problem. Always love the A1 Auto install videos; makes do-it-yourself repairs easy peasy. Has saved me thousands $$ over the years.

These hubs were perfect! perfect fit, nice tight bearings, and new ABS sensors as well. Really tightened up the front end and cured the ABS problem ( bad sensor or tone ring). Can't beat the price, these two hubs were less than the cost of one ABS sensor. Two new ones plus new hubs with tone rings for this price...unbelievable. 1A gets my business from now on!

Perfect solution to ABS problems

Was having issue with ABS not working properly last year (would engage in any weather or surface) just as i was coming to a stop (like pulling into a parking space). Pulled the ABS fuse and figured to run "like the old days" until the hubs went bad. Didn't take but a year, and needed to replace hubs - well built and have not had an issue with new ones for over a year now. Went this route because the hubs came with the sensors - no brainer price wise

Some time back, my 03 Silverado ABS sensor started acting up at low speeds. After some research and inquiry, I learned a common cause is a failing wheel hub assembly. The truck is 14 years old, so this was a distinct possibility. I put the repair off, dreading paying a shop hundreds per side for installation. I had seen 1aAuto ads in reference to other maintenance and repair issues and was pleased to see a video that not only addressed replacing a wheel hub assembly, but the same type vehicle that I owned having the procedure. 2004 Tahoe Wheel Bearing/Hub replacement

I replaced the wheel bearings/hub assemblies as preventative maintenance at 265K while replacing brake rotors and pads. The replacement hub assemblies fit with no problems at all and the 1 A Auto instructional video was very helpful. It ends up that the original wheel bearings were still in perfect condition with no play at all so I hope that the replacements hold up nearly as well.

2006 Z71 4 door These replacement hubs were a perfect fit and have perfect functionality. Pretty easy process to install these if you have any mechanical skills. I did find that I had to use a 36mm socket instead of a 35mm for the axle nut but you got to expect some variant sometimes. 5 stars

The two wheel bearings came in on time with the 2day shipping and were great... lightly greased and shiny. The box they came in had the torque specs which was good to not have to find them. Box packaging could have been better as these started breaking through and new bolts would have been a nice addition as well. No problems with the new ABS sensors either!

I bought a set of these Wheel hubs for my GMC Sierra 1500 4X4. Installed easy, came with Torque Specs, and worked as they should. This hub fit just like OEM. We did not take apart the brakes like it shows in the video. We just pulled the whole thing off to the side.

So Far So Good

I was going to send my wife to town to have a mechanic do this job. The video provided great tips and made the job go well. The only thing I would caution is to be sure you have a torque and use application specific torque. The directions can be confusing on this as it said 125 ft lbs and it was actually much higher (which was in video.) Reviews of other wheel bearings stressed importance of proper torque. 500 miles in all is still well.

FIXED!!

My abs would activate occasionally on dry pavement. After searching the issue online, I decided to replace the wheel hubs first. 1aauto had the pair at the best price around for a quality hub assembly. I usually do my own work on my vehicles but at the price I paid for the pair I had them replaced at the garage. Problem fixed!! This was my first purchase with 1a but definitely not my last??

Wasn't sure what I was getting into while purchasing online but all I can say is they showed up in two days an my mechanic was pleased with what he saw an his installation went smooth while I waited for him to finish,He spent about 2 hours to install both hubs an he said i saved about 400.00 by my online purchase instead of genuine GM parts! I guess time will tell...so far so good.

Ordered this set of front wheel bearing assemblies for a 2000 Silverado four wheel drive 1500 I own. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SPEEDY DELIVERY. Replacement was a snap, took my time and cleaned everything up as I went. Even the wiring harness straps were placed perfectly. The whole job only took about 4 hours.I recommend this assembly if you need to replace existing bearings. Very good.

Several of the socket sizes given in the video were incorrect, with led to a few extra trips to the store. Installed one bearing on my 2003 Yukon a few weeks ago because my old one was shot. Followed the 1Aauto YouTube video for installation and it was a breeze until it came to removing the old bearing. Came down to hammering and a chiseling it away from the hub to remove it. After that it went smoothly. No complaints from the part so far, it rides excellent as it should. ABS system is also back to normal, the sensor seems to work just fine. Will be installing the second hub in the near future.

Wow, wouldn't have believed it but they shipped my new hubs in less than two days! How they are able to offer free shipping is amazing! The new hubs matched my factory hubs perfectly, and I honestly believe that 1A Auto makes sure their parts meet or exceed factory specifications. I'm a DIY'er and never had to replace a truck hub before, so I was a little hesitant on doing the job myself but watching the video was a tremendous help (great work guys!) and the procedure went so smoothly that, to borrow a phrase....even a caveman could do it! The wire for the abs sensor could be better insulated at the connector but that is a minor complaint. All of the wire retaining clips were included which was very helpful as I did end up braking one of the original clips while removing the old hub. All in all very pleased with this purchase. (06 Suburban 5.3l Z71 package.)

I installed these in April, now at the first of August they have gone out. My advice is save your time and go the your local auto store and get a trusted brand. The lifetime warranty is misleading as you'l have to take them off the truck and send them back before they ship the replacements and I can't afford to have my truck down for 3 weeks.

High quality, like OEM

No problem installing these. Can't beat the price for the pair either. They come prepacked with grease and the ABS sensors included. It would be wise to give a light sanding to the bore in the knuckle that these press into, and a light coat of anti seize lubricant. Also, most importantly, ALWAYS torque these kinds of hubs to the specified torque value, which is included in the box and lists different makes and models with their respective torques. These kinds of hubs have bearings that need to the correct preload or else they WILL fail prematurely or worse. Highly recommend!

These hubs are perfect. The videos were also a great help. Unfortunately the hub on my wife's vehicle had a catastrophic failure. It took a lot of hammering and cussing to get the old hub out. I ended up pulling the cv axle also to gain access to the old hub. Luckily I was able to reference the 1aauto video on cv axle replacement to see what to do. This is a great organization and this is already my second purchase and I will continue to be a customer and tell other people about how great you guys and gals are. -Robert

New hub fixed my abs lights and abs pump surge. Online says whatever direction abs pulls you in, opposite side is the bad side. Drove over 200 miles on new hub and no issues. Time will tell how good the quality is. But with lifetime warranty it relieves a lot of stress.

I got a 2001 Silverado . Older truck runs like it should for its age. Changed the two front hubs to these from 1A. And it actually feels like Im driving a different truck. I purchased a pair of these hub assemblies summer 2019. I have had no issues with the assembly on the front passenger wheel. However, for the front driver wheel, I have already had to replace the ABS sensor wire and am noticing a high pitched grinding noise signalling early wear.

I bought the TRQ wheel bearing hubs to fix the ABS issue I was having. At first, my ABS light would come on and the ABS would activate when I turned the wheel to the left. I replaced the wheel sensors which then caused a more serious condition. The issue was that the ABS would kick in when nearing a full stop and would lock up to where I could not depress the brake pedal to stop my truck. I had already sent the ABS module off to Module Masters for repair before replacing the wheel sensors. I found that the right front wheel sensor was torn to pieces. I figured the only thing left was the wheel bearing hubs so I bought the TRQ set and replaced them. This finally resolved my ABS issues I was having. Make sure to follow the torque specs that come with these for the vehicle you have. I had to buy a torque wrench that covered the range of 50-250 foot pounds ($100) but it was worth it, I can always use another tool in my arsenal. These hubs ride smooth and I can definitely notice a big d

These bearings I ordered fix my truck. I had a grinding noise coming from the front left and I knew it was the bearings do I ordered two to do the fronts. The ABS had been going off at 5 mph and lower when stopping. After replacing with these I had no more grinding sounds and the ABS stopped misbehaving. I couldnt be happy with these bearings, the quality seems like its better than the ones that came on my truck from the manufacturer.

2 to 3 stars simply because one of the two assemblies I purchased(after being installed and once the vehicle is moving) sounds almost as if it's dry. It's not what I would call a grinding... It's almost like a dragging sound.. Though not loud. I've only driven roughly 250 miles since install. It's definitely making some noise.... I've pulled my tires and brake calipers off and looked and checked and can't find any visible issues. Other than that.. So far so good.. We will see how long they last.

It's 5 stars all around! From price to performance this product is fantastic. I know, it sounds like hype, but it's true. I shopped the local autoparts stores and not only was the price more than double that of 1AAuto, it was much more difficult to determine if the parts were the right ones. The 1AAuto interface was much easier to use. I couldn't believe the speed of delivery, and you may not believe it, but I had the part in 2 days. Ordered it on Oct 3rd and got it on Oct 5th. My grandson had both front hubs and outer CV shafts replaced in less than 3 hours.

Got Maybe 10k miles on them before going bad. Purchased the complete front end rebuild kit. And these bearings came with that kit. Have already left a review on inner and outer tie rods going bad. Very unfortunate. Because I do like ordering parts from A1 Auto. Usually no issues. Definitely going to be contacting A1 to see about a refund. I have already replaced all the other parts with MOOG. So looks like new bearings will be MOOG as well. I only use my Pickup to tow my trailer on weekends. So not many miles get put on it. And when you Tow you don't want Parts being loose. ALSO!! my tires are now completely messed up due to the bearings and ties rods going bad. Looks like another 2 tires will have to be replaced.

1A Auto is our go-to source for parts, and we received this 4WD kit as described above. The parts/boxes/part numbers are not labeled as to which one is the driver's side, and the customer service person said they are for either side. Good to know. (Makes sense seeing the parts, but why sell them for specific sides?) The trick is getting off the old unit (especially in snow country and especially those 3 back bolts ... keep turning the wheel to reach them... we replaced all three bolts from a local auto store ) but once everything is off and cleaned up, this goes on quite easily. The old wiring harness can be totally taken out of the holes, as the new wiring comes with the base part that gets pushed into the same hole as before, so if something snaps off from the old clips... no big deal. (We used a dandelion weeding tool on hand to pry up the old line, works just as good as a specialty tool ) The top connection gets clipped together like the video shows ( but sadly not a good close u

I was expectiung American made quality, and found out these are Assembled in america with chinese garbage. Had one fail "as in it got really loose" and the other is sounding crunchy as well. I have bought several items from 1a auto and this is the first really poor item so far.

They are sealed bearings. The hub is ready to go. The bearings has no way of greasing.

Yes, they are seal bearings in the hub assy. Tip, very hard getting old bearing assy out, watch you tube that shows knocking out a lug nut, and then using a long bolt and nut to press out old bearing assy. Works great, otherwise old bearing is hard to get out.
