I received the parts right away and they were correct and great shape packaged perfect! It was first one I've done but don't cut the zip tie until your ready to put it together and bolt it in place because it can fall out and the cable will unwind and it's kinda tricky to put back together but all worked out and went together fine and works perfectly!
The part works great. Only issue is that the OEM window motor does not match the 1A Auto window regulator part. Just buy the window regulator assembly that includes the motor.
i honestly didnt even need the part itself, since it wasnt the thing that messed up on my window. reason i gave it 5 stars because of just how overall the experiemce was i had with 1aauto. how easy everything was and just overall very happy with the experience of it!

Great fit Works great on my 2013 cadillac escalade
I ordered the part but had an issue with it. When I contacted customer service they promptly replaced the part at zero cost to me and it installed perfectly. I'm very pleased with 1A.
The cables are spring loaded, so don't get them loose like I did & have to rewind them...otherwise installation was pretty straightforward and works just fine. Had to use supplied screws for the bottom bolts as the original had studs in that area.
Exact fit for my Escalade. Easy instillation just transfer the motor to the new regulator and your done. Would definitely recommend if your trying to replace just the regulator. 1A Auto is my go to when it comes to parts.
