Fit and finish are just like OEM works perfectly
The product itself is great, and the installation video is exceptional - it makes setup simple enough for almost anyone. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it. The only reason I didn't give five stars may be related to my vehicle or equipment, but the mirror memory doesn't seem to lock in properly. When I shift into reverse, the mirror tilt goes all the way down, and even after setting the memory three or four times, it still doesn't hold consistently. Sometimes it resets when I turn the truck off and get out. I'm not completely sure whether this is an issue with the product or my vehicle, since my original factory mirror never behaved that way. That said, I'd still buy this again if I needed another replacement - it's a solid product overall.

Only two things to complain about, I wish it had the auto dimmer when headlights hit the mirror and the reserve tilt is way to exaggerated. Other than that it works good.
Not that I am aware. The mirror I bought was chrome. Im sure they will exchange them for the correct ones.
