This tie rod kit is garbage. I installed it and in less than a year they went bad ruining my front tires. When I contacted customer service no one got back to me and conveniently my account shows no record of me purchasing this item.

No no boots come with set.
The package of grease would only need to be used if the ball joints are greaseable. If the parts arrive pre-sealed and greased the grease provided would not be needed.
These parts should be installed as the originals were. Sometimes you will have to reuse existing hardware or covers.
These tie rods will be sealed with grease from the factory, and no grease will need to be applied during routine maintenance.
