I've had good experiences with this place, bought numerous parts. I bought this radiator and put it in and 2 of the transmission cooler line clips blew and has cost me a lot of money in transmission fluid. Very unhappy
It works for now but not impressed. I need a full 2 core radaitor apparently not available. Have seek a custom made all aluminum radiator.
Experts in customer service. Evaluated beyond other parts suppliers the scope of the issue to find the right solution. Integrated network for addrsssing a later problem in ordering and acted promptly to identify the proper procedures to correct. Words cant describe the feeling of comfort and assurances i felt in the way it was handled. Grade AAA service. Dont sleep on this company, their my go to for auto parts.
1a auto has the best do it yourself videos and awesome service when ordering parts! The parts are always shipped quickly and prices are great!
Ordered this part and it was the wrong item. Called and the sales lady says it's the right part according to her part number. The radiator had the wrong line hookup and the width on my original is 2 inches while the one Ireceived was only 1inch which would cause overheating problems. Still haven't received a refund statment !
01 2500hd 8.1 On the oil cooler side the quick connect leaked oil i pulled the line cleaned it and the o ring put it back in with no luck i ended up having to pull an oring off my old one to get it to seal. Then the nut that holds the oil cooler to the back of the tank was leaking coolant it was pulling the o ring out of the tank i ended up having to use gasket paper to get a seal. ?? Good thing its an old ranch truck or i would have been making some phone calls
