Good fix for my old scratched up camera
Pretty close to the original. The plastic flanges are identical to the original (the photo is a little off). Image quality is good. The field-of-view is similar to the original - maybe a tiny bit wider, which makes the overlaid lines not line up exactly as they did before, but close enough. I previously bought a camera from eBay for less than half the price - the field of view on that one was way off even though images in the listing showed it being very similar, so I returned it. Happy with this one.

Better than the original.
Must have upgrade from the old blurry and faded and washed out original camera. Installation was just as the video showed as well - and I do advise the use of some sort of tool to fish the cable through the short vertical run in the tailgate. You probably won't get it just trying to shake it down.

PAS camera
Upgrade from my last camera view. Hopefully it lasts, otherwise I will use the limited lifetime warranty that 1AAuto has.

Works like OEM
Works great and it was an easy install
★★★★★January 17, 2024
The overall construction of the camera is just as it should be. But it does not give a clear picture at night. I contacted your company after I installed the first camera and you sent me another one. It is doing the exact same thing. In the daylight the image is fairly clear. But at night the image is very fuzzy or grainy to the point that it's useless. I was going to reinstall the original factory camera to make a comparison but with the weather being so cold I am waiting for warmer weather. Your company has been prompt and understanding. Do you have any suggestions??? Until the problem is solved I have to give th product a rating of 1, which I do not really want to do.

What is the degree of angle, What is the resolution?
Actual Measurements are not listed or available. Our parts are exact replacements for your vehicle's OEM parts. As long as your year, make, and model match up with our listing, these parts will directly fit and function like the originals.

Does this camera show the dynamic guide lines that are yellow and red near the bumper? The guide lines move when steering wheel is turned? Same as factory?
Thank you for your inquiry! Those lines are actually superimposed onto the screen, they do not come from the camera itself. This is made to be a factory replacement, so it should function just like your original!

Does this fit 2014 Silverado with IO4 option?
Hello,
This is correct for vehicles that had the rear camera from the factory. Thanks!

If I am buying to replace a fuzzy camera feed on my 2015 Chevy Silverado high country will this work? I dont need wiring as its already there. Would I just need this camera?
Yes, this will be the direct OE style replacement rear view camera for that vehicle based on the information provided.

Where does this camera mount on my 2014 silverado?
The rear view camera is located behind the tailgate handle bezel. Please keep in mind this is a OE replacement, and is not meant to be used as an upgrade kit. This will only fit on models that already have a backup camera.
