My front end had been making noises for a while now and was just getting worse. I figured doing a full suspension swap was the best choice and at this price I couldnt go wrong. There was a lot of hard work and new tools to buy, (12mm hex, 150 ft lb 1/2 drive torque wrench, 21mm deep socket, o-ring tool, breaker bars). I already had a solid mechanics set but there were just a few things I hadnt needed doing brakes and other basic car repairs. This was a big job and between kids and a full time job took me two weekends to complete. I watched the videos by 1a auto, took notes, and got the job done right. I even touched up my frame with some chassis paint. Once finished I limped it over to town fair tire for an alignment and now its driving like new. The most difficult part was getting out the lower ball joints. Let me preface by saying I've been doing all of my own mechanic work (as well as select friends and family) for the past 25 years. I've also ordered from 1A Auto many times in the past; and have never been disappointed. So my first issue was the lower ball joints. Please note these are "adjustable".. meaning, the main bolt shaft is offset from center. This is not how my factory lower ball joints were made; so I opted to purchase new ones from the local auto store. This is my fault; as the product description specifically says "front lower ADJUSTABLE ball joints". My second complaint; which is more serious in my opinion, are the rear shocks. After installation; I had a very noticeable "clunking" coming from each side in the rear. I had read other product reviews where they had the same issue... but I had "hoped" it was user installation error. The hole on the rear shock where the bolt slips through to fasten to the lower mount; has wiggle room. It allows the shock to "knock" a

Got short handed one part, but got it sent to me and its all good, I like how 1AAuto is close for me to drive, but I got refunded for my part because it wasnt wit the 18 pieces I was suppose to get instead it was 17, but Im pretty good with this parts store. It took me 2 days to swap everything out but this was mostly because of how hard it was to get the old parts off. I am yet to install the lower ball joints (need a ball joint press), and the inner tie rods. Aside from those two components everything went in fine. Aside from the lower ball joints none of the parts in my kit had visible grease fittings which I thought was somewhat odd. After the installation I do have a popping noise in my front in, but all of the 1A parts do not have any play so my assumption is that it is the old lower ball joints with 150k miles on them. I will definitely purchase 1A parts for my next system overhaul.

I tried pricing parts individually at a local parts house and hit $1600 before reaching half of what I needed. Read all of the reviews on the kit, so I ordered it. Due to not having time to install it, I had a local shop install it for me. The adjustable ball joints made it easier for them to get the alignment of the tires easier. Everything fit perfect. Only issue was the upper control arm studs protruded too far and touched the tires. A quick swipe of the cut-off wheel and that was resolved. Put a couple dimples in the threads sy the nuts and no worries of the nuts coming loose. It's only been two weeks and it rides and handles great. Will update this review after more time has passed.

Everything was there and came in less than a week. The only problem I had was with the 2 front struts. One of the mounting plates thats on top with the 3 studs was not right. Instead of being without a car while I wait for one to get sent back to me after I send mine back I'm just going to rent a shock compressor tool so I can press it and spin it to where the bolts will line up right. Always check you got all the right parts and they will fit before you take it all apart.

I bought this kit for my 2005 Chrysler 300 in late August. I installed it early November and not even 2 months in the car started to make clunky noises again every time I drive on a bumpy road. The car sounds like its falling apart and the suspension is bad once again. I am very disappointed in the quality and durability of the parts. I expected better quality for the price that I am paying.

Ok so let's be 100% honest,at first glance the parts look great and fit great with the exception of the lower ball joints i got the wrong parts and when getting a refund it was less then what they are on their home page but i guess cause i got it as a set..well now its been 2 weeks and i hear a lot of noise from the suspension and when im driving at 40 it shakes alot not sure what it can be if i replaced all the suspension components...

My suspension makes more noise with all new parts than it did with the old parts. Shocks and struts creek and crank on every bump or turn. Wheel bearings squeak and one smokes ... and the parts are nly a little over a month old. Huge money wasted for me. My fault I guess for buying cheap crap

So far the new parts make more noise and klunks than the old worn out parts that I replaced That coupled with incorrect lower ball joint parts for my car made this kit a huge waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

So I been having these on my car for about 3 months so far. The installment was good. If you have the right tools and patient and knowledge. You can get it done. If not theres tons of videos to be found. I can fill the difference for sure. You will need get a alignment after. But very happy for the piece . I was afraid was squeaking or like so far havent heard nothing to bad. My only probably I had was the rear shocks. They are super easy to install and take off. But this unwanted noise was coming from it when I would go over bumps. I notice it was the bushing on top. This set doesnt come with a new bushing. Its like it wasnt tight enough so it kinda rattled. So I made due with some big spacer. And tight it down a good as I could. Overall the front was good. Pushing out that bottom ball joint can be a pain you need the tool. To take it out and put it back in. Patients is the key. Watch a lot of video learn before you just jump right in. Itll help.
