The radiator fits perfectly and everything lined up perfectly. It was not easy, but what radiator it really is easy. Everything is self-explanatory and it went in as good as can be. It save me about $500 in labor.

The radiator appears to be of good quality and was a direct-fit replacement. It did not come with o-rings for connecting the transmission cooling lines so you will need to reuse the old ones or purchase new o-rings. It would be a nice improvement if the o-rings were included with the radiator.

Can't answer question. My Dakota has the 3.9L engine, not the 4.7L engine. The transmissions could be different.
