Would have liked the top set to be tube steel, but for the price, and the fact the lowers always take the most abuse, this upgrade is a no brainer. Stamped ( bendy cheap unreliable) steel lowers are ALWAYS a BAD IDEA!!!

Used these on a 2007 2wd Dodge 3500, They fit good. No problems with 10,000 miles on them
No it does not. I got lucky and was able to use my old bolts but that's rare. Your local parts store carries them for like $4 a piece.
