I spent hours watching and rewatching your video to no avail. I watched many other videos to find out how to get it back together. You videos in the past have all been crystal clear and that is why when I saw you provided a video I made the plunge into the project with confidence. After many hours I wished I hadn't tried to take this on. I ended up removing the plastic trim panel on the out side of the sliding door and that gave access to guide the track onto the window. A little WD40 on the rubber helped things not drag. Please look at your video and see what I mean. The trim panel is very easy to break when removing.
