This will fit the front only.
These are mostly used with aftermarket suspension. Typically if like if the vehicle has coil over suspension or lowered suspension etc. Camber bolts are not a factory part, they are an add on if you need to adjust the camber beyond what the existing suspension allows. These need to be used sometimes if it is an older vehicle and the mechanic cannot get it to proper camber angle during an alignment.
