Replacement mirrors are not the quality of the original mirror. The brace arm which attaches to the door is not as thick as the original and causes some vibration to the mirror. The mirror body is chrome plated plastic and not stainless steel as the originals. Will break easily if impacted. Must say they work as a cheaper replacement mirror.

These mirrors are nice but not the same as the original. The original mirror head set are real staines steel, the original right side mirror is convex with caution writing on the mirror. The original brackets are thicker, bigger and longer in size. Because the new mirror L-bracket being smaller and shorter, I had to bend the L-brackets in two different places to make the brackets fit the door. The upper mounting bracket bolt pattern will mount up to the door but it is the wrong bracket for the 9th generation 1992-1997 OBS Ford . Since I had to bend the L-brackets to make it fit, the right side mirror viewing is skewed. I can't return it because I bent the brackets. Got rid of them and purchased original mirrors from wrecking yard. The OEM mirrors are no longer available from the dealer so the used parts can be expensive. This is not the fault of 1A-Auto because everyone is selling these mirrors as a direct fit but they are not. These mirrors are for the 8th generation Ford trucks. I

I was pleased with the turn out of this product now I was worried about driving and them moving around and having to fix them due to a previous review somebody left but it sounds like they didnt know what they were doing and twisting a screwdriver isnt up there alley.

I ordered these mirrors for my 1990 bronco and they fit and look great. They don't feel cheap And everything is nice and tight as far as movable parts go.

Mirrors were not an exact fit mirrors mounted 2 inches lower than OEM mirrors. When installed on the vehicle mirrors were about 2/3 the size of actual OEM mirrors. Had to bend brackets to make them fit existing mounting holes Will not purchase an y products from this company again. Passenger mirror is so low and so small it's actually a safety hazard to be on the vehicle.

I purchased these for a 1983 f150 based off the description but for some reason the brackets from top to bottom are shorter than the stock ones on the vehicle not sure why they have that in the description if they don't fit and I have to pay a return fee

they are cheap all the way around mirrors constantly tilt down and vibrate and the brackets are super flimsy.

No it is not. I used them anyway and haven't had a problem. I put a convex 3" mirror on the passenger side to take care of any blind spots.

How do u get the mirrors with the top bracket bolt holes on the lower part of bracket and also get the same type of the original bolts?

I could not get all the bolts to seat on my tu ruck one would not d go in. Also there mirrors a re difficult to position to keep the proper angle to w view especially on the passenger side. I am thinking of replacing that one.

What is the distance from the top bolt holes to the bottom? 1A Auto sells another set for my truck that mentions this distance, but this set does not mention it. I just want to buy the set that fits.
