Like everyone else said the plug in the back popped up and my oem intake manifold doesn't even have that hole idk why they added it. Made my truck heat up and leak all coolant
So far after after 3 weeks is working great Easy to install , fit perfect , the rear plug pops up, you have to use a different clamp other that that very good

Within 100 miles the plug on the back left hand side blew off. It's not used on the f150. Beware and put a hose clamp on it.
