Ford Lincoln Driver Side Ajar Switch Motorcraft SW-5854

Hello Patrick, We currently do not have a diagram on how to replace the Door Ajar switch but I can give you some directions on how to access the switch. The switch is going to be located in the door latch assembly. To access the latch assembly you will need to remove the door panel. Once the door panel has been removed, you will have access to the backside of the door latch. From there you will need to unbolt the latch assembly from the door, remove the locking mechanism rod from the backside of latch assembly and unplug the electrical connector to the switch. This will allow to remove the latch assembly from the door and have access the switch. I hope this helps!
