The resistor is working fine after a couple weeks. I replaced with OEM parts for the connector and blower motor. Couldnt see spending so much more for this resistor. I would suggest getting your own insulated but splicers of varying sizes for the connector and not dealing with the shrink wrap.
This was perfect and it worked and then it stopped so we found another fault in the wiring harness

I was going to buy an aftermarket blower motor resistor from Oreilly's for $150 dollars, but chose this 1A Auto resistor for thirty. Ussually, aftermarket electronic components have fit and size issues, but this resistor was perfectly dimensioned. Its a very high quality part, and I am thrilled with the purchase. Saved $120 on the fix.
