When I originally placed my order, I double checked it and triple checked it to make sure it was accurate. When I received my order, I put it in the garage until I was ready to install the parts. I needed to wait until my sister in law was available for me to work on her truck. The day came to perform the install, I opened the box and realized the upper control for the passenger side was incorrect. I contacted 1A Auto to inform them of the discrepancy. They were sincerely sorry about the mistake and worked promptly to correct it. Before I was off the phone with them, , the correct part was already being packed and the shipping process had started.
