Doesn't fix properly
The cover fits fine, its the lining of the fasteners for the coils that dont line up correctly. I didn't want to go with the plastic OEM, but I ended up wasting more time having to but a new cover twice. My advice, just go with the OEM part and save yourself the hassle.
Also, funny how this doesn't allow me to upload pictures for some reason... It gives me the option, but an "error" always occurs. ??

Standard bolt pattern and gasket work really well but the coil boots do not line up correctly and you can not mount them down.

What spark plug coils fit this. Factory ones don't line up with the bolt holes to mount to the cover?
They do not line up and no spark plugs line up correctly. You can 3d print an adapter plate or some people mentioned not even bolting them down, just using the suction of the boot to sparks. In my opinion, go OEM valve cover. I went through 3 different 3rd party valve covers and they all had some kind of issue. Spend the extra money and save your time. Speaking from experience. 3 weeks of my time.
